18U Open isn’t a joke, and last night proved it. If you want to play at that level, you can’t half-listen, half-pass, or half-cover. Open division requires focus, discipline, grit, and effort every rep, every drill, every touch. This isn’t about a coach “being too hard.” It’s about athletes not rising to the standard they chose to sign up for. And when the girls don’t lock in?
