Before every game, Gordon usually has a message for his teammates: “Throw away everything — all the luggage, all the emotional baggage,” according to guard Peyton Watson. “Throw that away before we go out there, and let’s just go out and have fun and play the game, respect the game, and play it how it’s supposed to be played.”
